Evonet Portal User Guide

1. Overview

Through the portal, you can manage merchant and transaction information.

Key Features

  • Management of multiple user levels and roles
  • Various report formats and download methods
  • Transaction management (inquiry and statistics)

2. Log In

Before your first login, make sure you have obtained your User ID and Password from your Evonet account manager. You will be required to change your password after the first login.

  • Forgot Password → In Login Page to reset your password
  • Incorrect password 6 times → Account will be locked for 30 minutes
  • Auto logout → The system will log out automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity

Language setting: On the login page, you can change the display language. The default is English.


3. My Profile

Click the avatar in the portal to access your profile and personal information.

Basic Information Includes

You can access your user information/personal information by clicking the avatar on the portal. Basic user information includes User ID, User Level, User Type, User Role, Username, Email Address, Password, and Color Scheme.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

If MFA is enabled, you can change your authentication device by clicking the Update button. Enter the authentication code from your current device and then use the new device to scan the replacing MFA QR Code.


4. Administration:

User List

In User List, you can review the registered user information. You can only review lower-level user information according to your user level (Level: Group > Merchant > Store). For example, a merchant user cannot review acquirer and group user information.

The Status of a user includes Active and Inactive. Once the user logs in for the first time, the status will turn to Active.

You can also create a new user by clicking the New button. User types include Group User, Merchant User, and Store User. You can create different types of users depending on business needs.

If you enable Email Notification while adding portal users, the system will send an email to the address specified in the user information. The email contains a password reset link, and the user must reset their password for the first login.

Operations available in User List include View Details, Copy User, Reset Password, Reset MFA, Deactivate, and Delete User.

  • Click User ID/Username to review user information such as User ID, Username, Email, User Level, User Role, and User Type.
  • Click Edit to modify user information.

Audit Log

The Evonet system records all operations performed on the portal.

Each operation record includes:

Operation Time, Operator, Operation Type, Operation Target, and Results.

You can filter the operation list by selecting conditions in the search bar. The Operation Target will automatically match the selected Operation Type.


5. Transaction

The Transaction section includes three parts: Payment, Transaction Statistics.

  • In Payment, you can view transaction details and download transaction records.
  • In Transaction Statistics, you can perform statistics on the overall situation of transactions according to selected conditions.

Payment

On the Payment page, you can search transactions and view details.

  • Click Search to find transactions based on selected conditions. Multiple fields can be combined.
  • Click the Customize button to choose up to 10 conditions.
    • Click Save to keep your selection; the saved conditions will be displayed automatically each time you open the Payment Page.
  • Click the Set button to define which columns are shown.
  • Click the Order Number/RRNto view full transaction details.
  • After search results are displayed, an Export All button will appear on the Payment Page. Click it to export the current transaction list.

Transaction Statistics

On the Transaction Statistics page, you can view transaction summaries by selected conditions.

Available search conditions include:

Transaction Date Range, Statistical Level, Object, Transaction Currency, and Payment Brand.

  • Click the Payment Brand button to filter data by payment brand.
  • Results will be displayed in the Transaction Statistics List Page.
  • Click Export to download the statistics list as an .xlsx file or .csv file.
  • Use the Set button to select which items to display in the header. The exported file will follow the customized header.

6. LinkPay

If LinkPay is enabled, you can create and search LinkPay transactions in this section.

LinkPay is an online product provided by Evonet that allows users to generate secure payment links for online payments. When customers open the link, they are redirected to an Evonet-hosted payment page where they can pay using their preferred payment method.

LinkPay Orders

On the LinkPay Orders page, you can create and search for LinkPay orders.

Search

You can enter various conditions in the Search Bar to find LinkPay transactions, including:

Creation Time, Object, LinkPay/Drop-in Order ID, Status, and Transaction Currency.

Create Order

Click New to open the Create Order Page.

  1. Fill in all required level information and click Yes.
  2. Enter your Order Information.
  3. Click Create Order to finalize and generate the LinkPay order.

Order Details

Click a LinkPay/Drop-in Order ID in the list to view its details.

In the Order Detail Page, you can check:

  • Basic Information
  • Related Transactions
  • The generated Payment Link (can be copied and sent to customers).

7. Report

The Report is designed to let you easily obtain reports directly from the portal. You can also receive reports via SFTP if specified in your requirements.

Report List

On the Report List page, you can search reports using various conditions.

  • Select a generating level or Store Name/ID to search for the reports you need.
  • You can also search by Name or Settlement Date to locate reports more accurately.

Note: Report access is controlled by user permission. Lower-level users cannot search or access higher-level reports. For example, a merchant user cannot view acquirer or group reports.

8. Finance

The Finance module provides financial-related and records.

Balance

The Balance page displays user remittance records. You can review balance-related information for reconciliation and settlement purposes.
