Payment Simulation Tool

This tool allows merchants to simulate transaction results directly within test platform.

An activation email has been sent to your registered email address to enable access to the test environment.

The Payment Simulation Tool supports simulating most non-card payment method transactions.

Usage Instructions

1. Log in to the Test Platform using your activated account.

2. Locate a order that is currently in the Processing status with a specific payment method.

   (The orders of linkpay and dropin are filtered using the LinkPay/Drop-in Order ID filter bar)

   

3. Click to enter the detailed transaction page.

4. Click the Transaction Simulator button.

5. On the Transaction Simulator page:

   • Click Search to retrieve the transaction;
   • Under Status Simulator, click Success to simulate a successful transaction result.

Important Notes

• The simulation function is only applicable to non-card payment methods.
• Simulation results are effective only within the test environment and will not affect live transactions.
• If you have not received the activation email or are unable to access the test platform, please contact our Support Team.
